British American had the pleasure of hosting the January Marketing Meeting for Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) on Thursday, January 10. The event was held in an available space on the second floor of 12 Cornell Road, overlooking the pond and slightly snowy landscape of Airport Park.
A breakfast spread of egg and cheese sandwiches, yogurt parfaits and a mini belgian waffle bar was provided by 2Shea Catering. Tables, chairs and linens were provided by Total Events.
Our guest speaker was Stacey Hughes of National Grid. Stacey is a 36 year National Grid employee with experience in operations, customer service, energy efficiency, new energy solutions and alternative vehicles. She spoke about about the Electric Vehicle Charging Station Infracture program that National Grid launched across Upstate New York in 2018, which provides funding for the make ready work associated with approved charging station sites. Attendees were able to ask questions regarding to the program and how it could benefit their clients, bulding owners and tenants.
Attendees went home with custom British American Pop Sockets created by local merchandise company, Premium Exposure.
